In our study, we define organizations, institutes and key individuals who bring, initiate, promote and implement ESD project, programs, activities in Vietnam as ESD change agents.

ESD change agents include:

  • Government organizations
  • NGOs
  • Private sector
  • Private sector
  • Youth, volunteer groups and other civil society organizations
